Our online package tracking software enables concierge to log the exact time and date a package arrives and when it is picked up by a resident. This simplifies the process of tracking a package and improves communication between staff.
Search for packages based on delivery date, recipient, or other details
Instead of digging through sheets or searching through every package, you can check if you have received the package by searching the database. Use criteria like the date the package was delivered, or which staff member received the package.
Send reminder emails for unclaimed packages
Although our integrated online package tracking software will automatically send an email alert to the resident, sometimes they need a reminder. Our tracking feature allows staff to send a pickup reminder.
AI technology lets staff scan packages using their smartphones
Using just a smartphone and the Condo Control app, staff can scan packages to process them. The app will recognize the recipients' details on the package and sync with the unit file to register the package.
