Place heavy-duty NFC-enabled tokens at key locations around your property and create routes customized to your security needs. Security staff can complete a route by scanning each token with their smartphones.
Log an incident report on the spot
If a guard needs to log an incident report during their scheduled patrol, they can scan the checkpoint token and create a report instantly. The report is automatically linked to the checkpoint. Attach photos and add details to eliminate unnecessary back and forth.
Schedule and notify security staff of upcoming patrols
Admins can set up scheduled patrols that recur daily, weekly, monthly, etc. Notifications of upcoming patrols are visible on the security and concierge dashboard, and guards can confirm their route selection prior to starting the patrol.
Offline capabilities
Patrol information is still captured even when staff don’t have internet connection. Patrol data is synced to the platform with real-time status updates, regardless of whether guards are online or offline.
