Brian Bosscher

Chief Executive Officer

Brian is the founder and CEO of Condo Control. He founded the company in 2008, recognizing the opportunity to support a condo and HOA market that was growing rapidly in Toronto.

His specialties in Computer Science and Project Management as well as his experience in the financial and capital market industries laid a strong foundation for Brian to launch Condo Control and deliver on his passion of improving efficiencies and effectiveness in planned communities.

Brian is currently the Treasurer of his condominium board and has served on the board of his previous communities in Toronto.

His hands-on experience volunteering on mid-size and large associations afforded him unique opportunities to work closely with property managers, board members, owners and security guards where he gained insight to their challenges. He understood, from his work experience in the finance industry, that using systems and automation could significantly reduce all challenges to the point of being negligible, thereby creating a more harmonious and pleasing living environment.

Brian and his team’s goal is always to go above and beyond to meet and surpass client expectations. One way they do this is by relying on customer feedback for continuous improvement resulting in a product and service that is unparallel. To date, Brian and his team has positioned Condo Control so that it achieved the highest satisfaction rating in the industry, ranking #1 for easiest to use amongst all other community management software, and a 92% customer retention rate.

Adam Aronson

Senior Director of Product Management

Adam is our Head of Product. He has scaled industry-leading products and teams across a number of verticals including education technology, public libraries, and investor relations, which contributed to an IPO and two acquisitions. He has led product groups through turn around projects, replatforming, innovation and omnichannel expansions. Adam has professionalized and advanced product management at each organization along the way including mentoring team members and introducing an associate product management program.

Additionally, Adam volunteers with the Toronto Product Management Association helping advance the profession and building the largest product community in Canada. Adam brings a keen customer focus on advancing quality products all the while advancing corporate and product strategies. Adam enjoys unwinding in the garden and rock climbing with his wife and daughter.

Randar Puust

Senior Director of Software Engineering

Randar, our technical leader, seamlessly integrates quality and best engineering practices into every aspect of our work. He is passionate about delivering products and optimizing team performance. He advocates for Agile methodologies, emphasizes proper engineering practices, and prioritizing Software as a Service (SaaS).

Randar is known in the industry for his receptiveness to new ideas, readiness to find solutions to issues, and commitment to addressing intricate design challenges. Additionally, he builds his team where everyone strives to learn, improve, and build a better product. With extensive tech knowledge, a keen drive, and loyalty, Randar brings value to Condo Control. He successfully manages diverse teams, including development, architecture, QA, DevOps, Tech Writing, and UX.

Randar finds joy in all things automotive, indulges in video games, and relishes golf on warmer days.

Phillip Livingston

Director of Marketing

Phillip leads our Marketing and Demand Generation team moving the company forward with strategies to grow Condo Control’s client base. He brings over 11 years’ experience to improve ROI based on critical data and drives brand awareness through strategic marketing campaigns, email marketing and digital advertising. His analysis of marketing performance metrics using analytic tools keeps Condo Control two steps ahead of the curve. Phillip is always looking for better ways to help clients and stay current with industry trends and best practices in marketing. He was also a happy Condo Control user, using the platform as a resident, before he joined the team.

Muamer Bektic

Director of Customer Success

Since beginning his career in the condominium industry in 2008, Muamer Bektic has cultivated a deep understanding of its multifaceted aspects, from construction to established community management. As the Director of Customer Success at Condo Control, Muamer leads with a collaborative spirit, valuing the input and energy of his team to drive initiatives that significantly reduce churn and enhance customer satisfaction.

Muamer is a strategic thinker who grounds his approach in the real-world facts of the industry and the expressed needs of customers. His network within the property management sector and extensive experience as a Director of Operations in the Security and Concierge industry, provides him with invaluable insights into the challenges and processes that define the field, equipping him to forge impactful, data-driven solutions.

Beyond his professional life, Muamer is an avid car enthusiast and mountain biker who enjoys building computers and undertaking DIY projects, bringing the same level of passion and precision to his hobbies as he does to his work. His leadership style is inclusive and results-oriented, focused on fostering team engagement and leveraging collective expertise to achieve superior outcomes.

Farhiya Abdi

Head of Onboarding

Farhiya is our customer support and onboarding team lead. She has worked in the service industry for over a decade, and takes great care to ensure her clients have an exceptional onboarding experience. In her free time, Farhiya seeks out new sights and tastes in Toronto.
