Our team is always working on enhancements and improvements. We make monthly updates to our software to ensure that our clients are getting the best experience possible. It’s important to us to provide you with a product that is effective, dynamic and easy to use. After all, our goal is to make property management easier for you.  

After more than a decade of updates and new features, it only makes that we update our look, too! 

We are very excited to announce that we are updating our brand.

This update won’t change who we are or what we do. Our teams aren’t going anywhere, and some large company hasn’t bought us. We are just adjusting our image so that it more closely aligns with our current values and beliefs. As of November 2020, Condo Control Central is dropping the “Central;” our name will simply be Condo Control. Condo Control Central is admittedly a long name, and many of you already refer to us as Condo Control. So, this small change will be helpful to everyone.

We are also making a modest adjustment to our logo and updating the design and colour, and updating our tagline to “property management made simple.” This new tagline supports our core belief: when property managers and residents are more in sync, everybody wins.
