It’s a happy new year at Condo Control. We’re starting 2025 on a high note, and we have our amazing customers to thank for this exciting achievement!

Condo Control has been recognized as a Property Management Software Leader. This distinguished award was given to us by G2, a trusted peer-to-peer review platform, based on our sustained market presence and high volume of customer feedback.

435 software companies were competing to earn a leader award in the property management category, and we were 1 of only 15 who were selected.

On top of that, out of the 15 leaders in the property management space, we are the only one that specializes in condominium and homeowner association management.

We’ve always believed that prioritizing our customers’ success is essential to our company’s success, and this leader award solidifies that supposition.

To be designated as a G2 industry Leader, a company must be big enough to deliver a product that makes an impact, and thoughtful enough to help customers on a personal level. Condo Control has worked diligently to find that balance, and it will continue to push boundaries while maintaining the exceptional customer service that people have come to know and love.

In order to select industry leaders in a fair and objective manner, G2 measured the market presence and analyzed relevant reviews written for each property management software company on its site.

Market presence was calculated by tabulating traffic to the website, new visitor growth, age of the company, number of employees, website authority, and number of objective reviews from current customers.

When it came to feedback, 99% of Condo Control users gave the software 4/5 or 5/5 stars, resulting in an impressive rating of 4.9/5.

93% of users believe it will be valuable to them in the future, and 97% said they would likely recommend Condo Control.

Easy to get started, easy to use

Condo Control received very high marks for having a software platform that is user friendly. Getting started with property management software can be tedious and frustrating, which is why Condo Control created an onboarding process to help new customers avoid these roadblocks.

On average, property management software companies get a score of 87% for ease of setup. However, Condo Control received a score of 94%.

96% of users agreed that Condo Control is easy to use after having the opportunity to explore the platform on their own. The average rating for ease of use is 89%.

Condo Control’s customer support is another variable that sets the company apart from others in the industry. It received a rating of 96% for quality of support, while the average rating sits at 89%.

Our company does not rely on chatbots to resolve customer issues. We have a comprehensive help center as well as a team of people who can fix issues quickly and competently.

Meets and exceeds requirements
