An even better HOA management app for iOS and Android

As more of you rely on Condo Control, we see that our mobile app is becoming a vital tool in keeping lines of communication open, simplifying day-to-day operations and maintaining productivity. The app is not only convenient, it is robust and intuitive, and allows boards, property managers, and owners to do more by minimizing inefficiencies.  

In order to give our clients the best mobile experience possible, we have redesigned the Condo Control homepage on the app. It is now more customizable and user-friendly. Administrators can modify the homepage layout by customizing the mobile dashboard for admin, security, and owner view, and upload virtually any photo to the background picture. The mobile homepage also provides more actionable options for users.

Asset management

Assets can be added and managed from your phone using the mobile app. Scan a barcode to view details about a particular asset, or create a new asset profile for a bike, boat, or other item on the development.

Overhaul to my account

The My Account mobile feature matches desktop functionality and has a simple, clean layout. Users can see their personal information, edit email preferences, change their password, access their digital ID pass, and more. 

Ability to scan ID badges

Property managers or other admins can scan owners’ digital ID badges on the mobile app. The ID badge contains useful information about the owner, such as their name, contact details, groups they belong to, and activity.
