Reach quorum before the meeting begins

Our electronic voting module allows you to gather online votes from owners in advance of an AGM or special meeting. The e-voting process is the same as the regular voting process, but owners prefer the added convenience.

Schedule multiple votes

Property managers can create and schedule as many votes as they need each year. They can also send reminders to encourage owners to cast e-votes if they are unable to vote in person.

Track responses in real time

See how many owners cast e-votes, and how many plan on attending the meeting to vote. Management can track votes in real time and verify how many votes are still needed to reach a quorum.

Responses are private and secure

All responses are protected and securely stored in our database. Only managers and authorized personnel can see submissions before the meeting. Results are shared with all voters after the meeting is over.

Proxy voting lets owners delegate votes to someone they trust

Owners can seamlessly delegate votes to another owner without filling out physical paperwork. Standard consent forms will prompt owners to provide the necessary information.
