Change the way you manage violation
Condo Control's violation tracking feature lets you log and keep track of violations in your community. Management can create different types of violations and decide who can issue them. It's all done online, so no need for paper reports.
Create unlimited violation templates or preload one of our templates
You have the option to take different actions depending on the type of violation that was committed. For a first offense, you may give the resident a verbal warning. If it happens again, you can send a formal electronic notice.
Residents can view details, respond to notices, add files, and pay violation fees online
Residents will receive a detailed violation notice and can view all information from their online portal. If they have questions or concerns, they can easily write a response to management and even attach files or pay fines.
Create and manage violations from your phone
Log new violations or follow up on outstanding issues while you patrol your community. Users can access this feature from their mobile phones. Take advantage of geotracking to see your real-time location and identify homes or units near you that have outstanding violations.
Analyze reports to identify frequent violations
