Condo Control helps to remove barriers for guests who have permission to enter a resident's home.

Provide visitor info online for security and concierge to access

Residents can use our online authorization feature to leave instructions for security or concierge about who they want to grant access to their suite. If a resident is away but is expecting a guest, they can create a new authorization using the Condo Control app.

Revise and revoke an authorization at any time

Residents have complete control over who can and cannot enter their units. It’s also possible to withdraw access rights from someone to whom they had previously been granted.

Capture visitor identification details prior to entry

Before allowing entry, security has the option to log details about the visitor, such as a description and ID information. This extra layer of security ensures that only individuals with the correct credentials can access the unit.

Log visitor comings and goings

Security guards can also record when they allow someone to enter a unit and when that person exits. Each activity is documented so that the guard can review the record and identify the last person permitted to enter. This is helpful for troubleshooting issues or referencing authorization records.

The store, amenity booking, service request and the announcement functions/services are the best. They allow the Residents to buy, reserve and hear and communicate.
